Valleyview of Jordan is located on a beautiful 14-acre wooded campus directly across from the Minnesota State Wildlife Refuge.

Our three-story assisted living community offers private studio apartments in a variety of sizes. Each floor features a separate lounge, kitchenette, phone desk, and library.
Our private cottages are designed for residents that are mobile and more independent.
Our extra-care community has added safety and security for your loved ones, featuring a community dining room, living room, kitchen, and deck.
We feature weekly visits by our licensed psychotherapist and bi-weekly visits by our nurse practitioner.
Valleyview of Jordan accepts private pay and county pay waivers such as CADI, EW, BI, and GRH.

Valleyview of Northfield is located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood nestled between St. Olaf and Carleton Colleges.
You will find the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in this neighborhood, as well as the George Rysgaard nature reserve just a short drive away.
We service assisted living on a convenient one-level community. We offer both individual rooms and couple rooms.
All of our large private studios are wheelchair-accessible and have their own bathroom. Our residents enjoy cozy lounge areas and a vented indoor tobacco room.
Our residents can take advantage of the Northfield transit for reasonably priced handicap accessible transportation anywhere in the Northfield shopping area.
We staff a monthly psychiatrist visit for our residents who require the added care.
